ALIGN is a personalised 90-minute treatment combining functional myofascial therapy, selective massage, gentle mobilisation and Japanese-inspired tsubo foot reflexology.

Your session begins with a hands-on assessment to understand where your body needs attention that day. From there, I work through areas of tension and restriction using highly specific, deliberate and directional techniques, adapting the treatment as I go.

The treatment gradually shifts from focused therapeutic work into deeper relaxation, incorporating warmth, soothing touch, soundscape and tsubo foot reflexology.
